Pubity Group needs a graphic designer for ongoing static designs for Facebook pages of major creators

We're looking for a graphic designer to join our Creator Partnerships team at Pubity Group. Pubity is the world's largest Gen Z social publisher, and our team runs the Facebook pages for some of the biggest creators in the world. That includes the Sidemen, ShxtsNGigs, Josh Peck, Nancy Cartwright, Candace Cameron Bure and The Fellas, with more on the way. We need someone to design the statics that go out on those pages every day. It's an ongoing freelance role on a monthly retainer, and it's fully remote. More than anything, we want someone who genuinely loves this stuff. Someone who won't just make the post and move on. You'll be keeping an eye on how every post does, working out why some fly and others don't, and changing things off the back of it. If you think a format could be better, we want you to tell us. We also want someone who's always one step ahead. If International Cat Day or Thanksgiving is coming up, you've already got something ready for it before anyone's asked. What we're after: • A genuinely talented designer. Photoshop ideally, but Canva is ok if the work speaks for itself • Someone who's properly into creator culture, and ideally a fan of at least a couple of the creators above • Someone who goes above and beyond and brings their own ideas • Someone organised and punctual. We post 7 days a week, so you need to be able to stick to a schedule If you're good, there's room to move onto YouTube thumbnails too.
