Pink Shell Studio is growing, and we're looking for freelance creative support for paid social across our D2C clients. It's an immediate start, with plenty of potential for ongoing work. Ideally we're looking for someone who can work across both video and graphics. If your strength is one or the other, please still get in touch, as we're happy to bring in two people. Video: • Short-form paid social ads (10–50 seconds), edited from existing brand footage • Motion graphics and product animation • Light-touch edits on creator (UGC) videos: pacing, captions, music and new hooks Graphics: • Static paid social ads, from creator photos with text overlays to product-led designs • Quick variations for testing: new headlines, offers and layouts How we work: • Freelance and fully remote • Day rate, booked around two production batches a month • Detailed briefs, with plenty of room for your own ideas • A small, collaborative team that genuinely values creative input Ideally you'll have experience creating performance-led paid social for D2C brands, and you're comfortable turning around lots of variations at pace.
