Zinnov needs freelance motion graphics designers for employer branding projects across diverse client brands

Zinnov is looking for Freelance Motion Graphics Designers to collaborate with our Employer Branding team and work across a diverse portfolio of client brands and projects. What we’re looking for: • Strong skills in motion graphics and animation • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve speed and efficiency where needed • Good understanding of typography, composition, transitions and visual storytelling • Ability to work with brand guidelines and translate briefs into engaging motion content • Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work independently Experience working on testimonial videos, leadership videos, podcasts and social media content is preferred, with exposure to explainer videos and employer branding content being a plus.
