YouTube channel needs a freelance video editor for 1 long video and 6 short videos

I am #hiring a video editor I am looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined Freelance Video Editor to help me produce simple, clean videos for my YouTube channel. The Project: The edits are straightforward and "simple" in nature. I am not looking for complex motion graphics or heavy cinematic effects—just clean cuts, basic transitions, syncing the voiceover, and ensuring the video is YouTube-ready. Key Responsibilities: Performing basic cuts, trimming, and assembling raw footage. Ensuring audio levels are balanced, clear, and synced with the audio. Creting captions for the video. Most Importantly: Delivering the final files on the agreed-upon schedule. What I am looking for: Consistency: You are organized and never miss a deadline. Communication: You are responsive and easy to work with. Efficiency: You can handle simple edits quickly without sacrificing quality. i need 1 long video + 6 Short Videos are 5 to 8 minutes. Shorts are 20 to 40 seconds. The raw video and the voice-over (audio) will be supplied. Software: Proficiency in CapCut or any other similiar one is all you need.. Payment: I am looking at 5 AUD per video at this stage, once the channel is monetised, the pay rise will be considered.
