Key Responsibilities: 🎬 Edit long-form YouTube videos, interviews and podcasts. 📱 Create engaging YouTube Shorts and reels from long-form content. 🎨 Design eye-catching, clickable YouTube thumbnails. 🔎 Write SEO-optimised video titles, descriptions, tags and metadata. 📤 Upload, schedule and publish videos on YouTube. 📈 Stay updated on YouTube trends, audience engagement and channel growth strategies. What I’m Looking For: * Proven experience in YouTube video editing and channel management. * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut. * Strong thumbnail design skills using Canva, Photoshop or similar tools. * Understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimisation. * Creativity, consistency and the ability to meet deadlines.
