Demos needs a freelance graphic designer to produce polished, professional reports using existing brand guidelines and InDesign templates

Design Opportunity! 🎺 We're looking for a freelance graphic designer to support Demos with the design and production of our reports. The work will involve using existing brand guidelines and InDesign templates to produce polished, professional reports. The designer will need to work confidently within an established visual identity, ensuring consistency across typography, layouts, charts, tables and other visual elements. We work at pace at Demos, and are looking for someone who can work efficiently, accurately and to a deadline. We're looking for someone who can: - Work confidently in Adobe InDesign and prepare files for final production. - Follow existing brand guidelines and templates accurately. - Have strong attention to detail and an eye for clear, accessible editorial design. - Work collaboratively with authors and the Demos team, managing and implementing multiple rounds of amends. - Manage their time effectively and deliver final artwork to the agreed deadline. - Ideally have experience designing research reports, publications or editorial documents, particularly within a professional, policy or research context. We're looking for someone who has availability over the next few months, with potential capacity to remain on file for production heavy periods going forward.
