[HIRING] Remote contract: Brand Designer, $40–120/hr USD, 15–40 hrs/wk Looking for senior contract designers fill two remote roles currently. What you’ll do Design high-end pitch decks, presentations and executive-facing material in Figma, working from established brand systems. Turn dense or complex content into clear layouts, building hierarchy with type, imagery, charts and tables. Keep long multi-slide deliverables consistent through several review rounds. Give structured design feedback, and write briefs that shape the visual storytelling. What we’re looking for 5+ years of professional brand design, including brand kits, pitch decks and presentations. Experience with consulting, banking, financial services, agency or enterprise clients. Latin American editorial style, and award winners and designers from top agencies stand out. Strong Figma skills, which the project requires. A background building decks in PowerPoint is a big plus. Experience giving creative direction and writing briefs. A portfolio with real range in expressive brand campaign decks, polished consulting-style decks, or both. Pay and logistics Rate: $40–90/hr for US/UK designers, up to $120/hr for exceptional work. Elsewhere, up to about $100/hr in Europe, $90/hr in LATAM and $60/hr in Asia. Rates are set in USD and paid in your local currency twice a month. At least 15 hrs/week, async, on your own schedule. It works alongside a full-time job. Fully remote, in any timezone, as an independent contractor. A few countries are excluded because of contracting restrictions. Starts with a 6–8 week pilot.
